RLLMHS Taekwondo Team Triumphs in SM Tournament
“All one in speed and power”, the RLLMHS Taekwondo team emerged victorious as it garnered one gold medal and three bronze medals in the 2007 Luzon Age Group Taekwondo Championship held last November 25 at SM Pampanga.
Led by sports coordinator Mr. Ricardo Monsanto and trained by Mr. Alvin Binondo, the team was composed by Ronjin Ancheta of II-Numbers (won gold), Dave Ancheta of II- Leviticus (won bronze), Kenji Borromeo of II-Ruth(won bronze), and Gabrielle Godgiven Alfonso of I-Humility(won bronze),.
“Our players’ participation in this competition is just part of our preparation for the upcoming ACAA meet which will be held on December 12. We know that there will be many good players in the ACAA that is why we keep on training. Our students’ dedication and love for this sport make them stronger competitors for upcoming tournaments. Their trainer Mr. Alvin Binondo is teaching them different combinations and techniques that would help them improve their fighting styles. With enough training, our players’ spirit, and support from the school and the community, I believe our team would make it to the CLRAA meet,” Mr. Monsanto expressed with optimism.
The Taekwondo team also won over-all champion during the recently concluded Angeles City Public High Schools Athletic Meet last November 22. The players will represent the public secondary schools in the Angeles City Atheletic Association meet to be held from December 12-14.

The Principal vs Toilet Bowl |
| Posted by May 28th 07
|
| As the adage goes " A good leader leads by example."
Mr. Wendell Cabrera, school principal, led the Brigada Workforce composed of parents, teachers, students and community volunteers in preparing the school for SY 2007-2008.
He exemplified true leadership as he personally removed the "unwanted treasures" and cleaned the toilet bowls in the male's comfort room. He also supervised the whole Brigada Eskwela activities such as the repairs done on the comfort rooms, construction of storage rooms and plant boxes, repair of chairs and the repainting of the campus.

She came last Friday May 25,2007 and surprised the Brigada work with a warm smile and asked "Saan na ang ihahalong semento? Saan ako pwede tumulong?" She was then led to the third floor to join the painting team in painting the recently constructed MAPEH storage room.
